I flew to Minneapolis this Summer to take my niece's senior pictures and to visit my sis and her family.  My sister got me a little business while I was in town and this is when I was blessed to meet senior Theo Keller and his mama, Robin.  From the moment I met them, there was an instant connection. We began the shoot at a cool location with a very large willow tree, some water and a bridge.  Next, we headed to downtown Minneapolis where there are so many AMAZING locations for pictures, it's kind of overwhelming.  I love this city so very much.  If they had Colorado weather, I could imagine myself living there one day.  Theo had been dreading having his senior pictures taken, but I truly believe (from what his mom told me) that he had a really great time.  Theo runs track (Hurdles, 400 and 4x400 Relay) and plays on the Varsity Soccer Team for Edina High School.  We tried to go to his school track for pictures, but it was closed that day.  We met a couple of days later before the rain fell at the Edina Track and got some amazing shots of Theo running hurdles and some other great pics at that location.  I ran track in high school (hurdler and jumper) so it brought me back...WAY back. :)  

Theo should consider a modeling career, as several of the images I took of him got featured in on-line publications on Instagram.  He was so much fun to work with and I always love when I connect with the mom that accompanies the senior.  Robin, you should be extremely proud of the job you have done raising your sweet son.  You are both a breath of fresh air and I loved every minute of our time together.  Now ... get on it and get a ticket to come to Colorado so that we can go to a Red Rocks concert next year!!! :0)
